The world has long since reached an age of prosperity and growth. This was caused by the appearance of dungeons, places of wealth, and adventure. But not all dungeons are like that, you as a newly awakened dungeon core, were born with only one objective: "Growth". You have to kill adventures and grow through the energy earned by killing them for the adventurers only grow stronger for each party that you kill.
Intended as the first full clicker game that I was working on it has since grown to be more of an idle incremental game. Allowing players to build new levels which will spawn more monsters at the ground level to face the ever increasing amount of heroes who wish to conquer the dungeon. With systems to allow click based generation of resources, and upgrades to later on make these idle gains as well as gains per floor that was built.
Having created a portal system that expands and grows as the floors grow the combat has now shifted to a more defensive style where heroes invade the dungeon and you need to protect the core. Gaining points for each hero killed and using these to create more floors to defend the core.
This is the first project where I implemented prefab instantiation systems to create the floors, having spent a while debugging and building the portal system to allow travel between the floors leading to the dungeon core, with a similar system to be designed for the heroes side to allow players to also experience a dungeon attack mode of play.
